General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the pk77 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services made available at pk77.tech (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pk77 and is intended solely for the personal, non-commercial entertainment use of eligible individuals in accordance with these Terms.

By accessing any part of the pk77 Platform — including browsing the casino lobby, placing a sports bet, making a deposit, redeeming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with pk77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pk77 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at pk77.tech.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform.
• "pk77" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or free bet credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, being the date from which these Terms apply.

1.2 Amendments

pk77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, pk77 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always available at pk77.tech/terms-conditions.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Eligibility & Accounts

Access to and use of the pk77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account associated with the Player's verified mobile number).

Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may be required again following account changes, unusual transaction patterns, or at pk77's discretion for security purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by pk77 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

2.2 Account Registration

To register a pk77 Account, you must complete the registration form available at pk77 Login, providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and chosen password. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. pk77 reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). pk77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh-based players:

3.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pk77 does not charge deposit fees. Standard transaction charges levied by bKash, Nagad, or your bank remain the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposited funds credited to your Balance are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the transaction.
• pk77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at any time, including where responsible gaming concerns are identified.
• Failed or unconfirmed deposits should be reported to [email protected] with the transaction reference number. pk77 will investigate and resolve confirmed transaction failures within 24 hours.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified pk77 Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though pk77 may conduct enhanced verification for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• pk77 charges no withdrawal fees. bKash and Nagad standard transfer charges may apply per their published schedules.
• Withdrawals are processed by pk77's finance team during active BST hours. Most mobile wallet withdrawals complete within 15 to 30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• pk77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this Section 4.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

1. One bonus per Player per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each individual promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
2. Wagering requirements apply: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Where no multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
3. Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%. Crash games and sports bets contribute at rates stated in the individual promotion terms. Playing an excluded game category while an active bonus is applied may result in winnings being voided.
4. Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited to your Account. Any unexpired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry.
5. Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Unless the promotion specifically states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is capped at 10x the value of the original bonus credited.
6. pk77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion: pk77 may at its sole discretion modify the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, pk77 will honour the terms that applied at the time of opt-in.

User Obligations

As a registered Player on the pk77 Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the security, integrity, and fairness of the Platform for all users.

• Accurate registration data: You must ensure that all personal information provided during registration and any subsequent verification process is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify pk77 of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected].
• Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify pk77 immediately.
• Personal use only: Your pk77 Account is for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of another person, as an agent for a third party, or for any commercial purpose including operating a betting syndicate.
• Compliance with applicable law: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the pk77 Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you in your jurisdiction. pk77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
• No automated access: You must not use any software, bot, script, crawler, spider, or automated tool to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform. Manual human use only is permitted.
• Respect for other users: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or pk77 staff via any communication channel provided on the Platform, including live chat.
• Notification of errors: If you become aware of a technical error, system malfunction, or pricing error on the Platform, you must not exploit it and must report it to [email protected] immediately. Winnings obtained as a result of a known technical error will be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

1. Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or any other form of fraud or misrepresentation in connection with your Account or any transaction.
2. Multiple accounts: Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
3. Collusion: Cooperating or communicating with other players during live dealer table games or poker variants for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
4. Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between pk77 and other platforms, or between pk77 markets, to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome. pk77 reserves the right to void any bets identified as forming part of a systematic arbitrage strategy.
5. Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine wagering entertainment, or using gaming activity to disguise the origin of funds derived from unlawful activity.
6. Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute through your bank or mobile financial service provider after depositing funds on pk77. All accounts subject to a disputed chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
7. Software interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, game RNG systems, or security infrastructure in any way.
8. Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, glitch, bug, or technical malfunction in any game or Platform feature to generate winnings that would not otherwise arise under normal operating conditions.

Account Suspension & Closure

pk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where any of the following grounds apply.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by pk77

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months where the account holds a zero or minimal balance.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting pk77 support at [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, pk77 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of the player's real-money Balance to their registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. pk77 will send an email notification to the registered address at least 30 days before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower). To avoid dormancy fees, simply log in to your Account. Any remaining balance after dormancy fee deductions will remain accessible upon reactivation.

Liability & Disclaimer

The pk77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, error, or data loss, pk77 cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform at all times.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

• pk77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, howsoever caused.
• pk77's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pk77 is not liable for any loss arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, power outages, or any circumstance beyond pk77's reasonable control that prevents access to the Platform or causes interruption to a gaming session.
• pk77 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

8.2 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on the pk77 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game's random number generator (RNG) is certified by the respective studio's independent testing laboratory. pk77 does not modify game logic, RTP parameters, or outcome distributions. Published RTP values are those certified by the game studio and apply to all players equally.

8.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds offered on pk77 are compiled by pk77's trading team and are subject to change without notice. pk77 reserves the right to void any bet where an odds error is identified, where the event result is disputed, where match-fixing is suspected, or where settlement data from the relevant governing body is unavailable. In-play bet settlement is based on official results confirmed by the relevant league or governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League).
